For the first time businesses and web site visitors can use different languages seamlessly in e-commerce web-based chat

Velaro's click-to-chat translation feature is configurable in a couple ways. The web site visitor can simply select their preferred language from a menu before the live chat session starts. Once selected, Velaro's chat service will automatically update the web site visitor's interface with the selected language.
